New All Star Game Format

The All Star game will be April 17 from 7-9pm.  After much thought, we’ve decided to try a new format for the All Star game this year.  The League is divided into 4 divisions:  red conference division 1 and 2 and blue conference division 1 and 2.  The coach with the best record in their division will be the coach that gets the privilege of coaching in the All Star game.  Each division will follow this rule:  One player from each team that didn’t make the tournament, two players from teams entering the tournaments in places 3-10, 4 players from teams entering in places 1 & 2, and 6 coaches’ choice for the coach who is is coaching the All Star team.  This allows for 20 girls per team.

One half of the ice will be a “game” and the other half will be a “challenge”.
